Expert tuition for all your health and fitness needs in a fun, supportive and friendly environment. Adult fitness classes for men and women of all ages and abilities.
Young, old, experienced or new to exercise, there will be a class for you. Please come and join us.
Creche facilities available for ALL classes!
The classes are £6.00 per session pay as you go.
Want to do 2 or more classes a week? Then for £38 per month you get access to all Rachel’s classes
