Expert tuition for all your health and fitness needs in a fun, supportive and friendly environment. Adult fitness classes for men and women of all ages and abilities.

Young, old, experienced or new to exercise, there will be a class for you. Please come and join us.

Cardiovascular session followed by intense toning. Make it as hard or as easy as you want. Bring your Lucozade!!

The classes are £6.00 per session pay as you go.

 Wednesday 8.20 p.m to 9.00pm

Circus Skills
Sunday 6pm to 7 pm The amazing Mel will teach you to fly,… well sort off, using silks and trapeze learn the elegant circus skills that can transform your life, and lift you to new heights. This is an inspirational fitness session, for all abilities.
